Named one of Business Insider's Most Inspiring Companies in America.We are looking for a dedicated Floral Designer + Installer to prepare, design, and wrap bouquets/arrangements, help prepare routes, assist with studio upkeep, and install/strike weddings and events. This candidate is a punctual, efficient, hardworking individual comfortable working with their hands and on their feet. You love being around plants and flowers, and working with a team in a fast-paced environment!This is a seasonal role to help with our busy wedding season. However, outstanding candidates are often asked to return!Help us become the leading brand in flowers and a nationwide, socially conscious leader!ResponsibilitiesDaily Design/Studio Role:Wrap bouquets and arrangements for our daily delivery ordersDesign bouquets and arrangements by following a recipeClean and prep glassware and vasesAssist with basic preparation and processingEnsuring top quality of all daily delivery flowers and materialsClean and organize studio after each shiftAssemble delivery boxesOccasional heavy liftingWorking with your hands and on your feetWedding Install/Strike RolePack flowers and materialsDrive Flowers for Dreams cargo vehiclesTransport florals and decor from our studio to various venuesSetup and breakdown hardware, floral decor, greenery, table decor, arches, etcGo back to venue, break everything down and bring back to studioAbility to work long hours on feet, working with your hands, occasional heavy liftingGreet and engage with customers onsite with a friendly professionalismMaintain an upbeat, positive, energetic attitudeAbility to remain calm and problem solve while working under time pressureShared aesthetic preferences and values with the Flowers for Dreams brandMust be able to work weekendsAbide by Flowers for Dreams dress code while at venuesValuesDo Good - "Life's Most Persistent and Urgent Question Is, 'What Are You Doing For Others?'"
