Tax Preparation Advisor Team Leader

In our private tax division, you will focus on delivering tailored tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. As a leader, you will inspire your team to achieve excellence and ensure the highest quality in all deliverables. Your role includes coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet and exceed client expectations. With a deep understanding of business dynamics, you will identify opportunities for success while embodying our values of integrity and authenticity. Embracing technology and innovation will be key to enhance our service delivery. Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive tax compliance and planning guidance to PwC clients. Supervise, develop, and mentor team members to create a productive work environment. Manage client service accounts and oversee all engagement workstreams. Analyze complex problems and produce high-quality deliverables. Utilize a network of internal and external resources to meet client needs effectively. Ensure exceptional support and fulfill client expectations consistently. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Actively contribute to the firm's overarching purpose, principles, and strategies. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar is required. Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree is preferred. Understanding of Partnership K-1 income and state tax credits. Experience in managing individual tax compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to review and analyze individual tax returns. Experience leading virtual teams and fostering trusted client relationships. Strong skills in project workflow and budget management. Familiarity with leveraging new technology for enhanced processes. The salary range for this position is between $73,500 and $212,280. Actual compensation will be based on individual skills, experience, and location. All hired candidates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
