SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic leader to build up and lead the newly founded Manufacturing Engineering AM. Together with your team, you will play a central role to:Optimally integrate new products in the supply chain (product industrialization)Create and optimize the supply chain processes (manufacturing excellence)Create and optimize the manufacturing infrastructures (manufacturing infrastructure)What You'll DoTake full responsibility for product industrializationLead with your team the product industrialization and ensure manufacturing capabilities on quality, time and cost to enable successful product launchesCoordinate the industrialization of our products within the overall supply chain and in close alignment with Product EngineeringDesign and implement end-to-end manufacturing and assembly processesReleases manufacturing linesOptimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and qualityDevelop and improve the physical and technical infrastructure required for the production, logistics, and configuration of Belimo products.Build up the team and implement the target pictureMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvement projects to increase manufacturing quality, capacity, efficiency, and profitabilityFoster a productive, target-oriented collaboration within the team and its interfacesWho You AreBachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree preferred in Operations Management, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering or the like.15+ years relevant and incremental experience post Bachelors.Depth and breadth of work experience in high volume industrial manufacturing environments.Someone who can mature to possible senior leadership role with much larger teams in 3-5 years.Must be able to strategize with senior leadership as well as execute at tactical levels.Must be an outstanding communicator, adjusting their style of communication to the audience.Must be a decision maker, comfortable in drawing thoughtful conclusions on sometimes non-perfect data sets and evaluating and preparing for risk.Must be a teacher, lead, develop and unite the team, do not be a burden on the team.Be the calm contemplative influence in the room.Who We AreBelimo is the global market leader in the development, production, and marketing of field devices for the energy-efficient control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000 - $165,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 20% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
