Travel Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with acute care experience for a 13-week hospital contract working days across a wide range of adult inpatient units.Job Details• 13-week contract at an acute care hospital,• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM),• No on-call requirements,• Weekend availability is a plus to assist with scheduling needs,• OT services provided across all adult units, including Emergency Department, Peri-op, PACU, Behavioral Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, Surgery, ICUs, Trauma, Mother/Baby, General Medicine, Orthopedics, and Oncology,• EMR: Epic experience required for float pool and inpatient unit assignments,Job Requirements• Current, active OT license required if applicable; pending licenses may be accepted,• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required,• Current BLS certification required,• Epic EMR experience required,• Two professional references required for consideration,• Copy of Driver's License and Social Security card required for consideration,Additional Information• Provide OT consults to patients across a broad range of adult clinical settings,• Candidates may be floated across units in accordance with their clinical experience,• No radius rule - local candidates are welcome to apply,• Former employees must have a 12-month gap before returning as a traveler,
