Beverage Bar Server - No Experience Required

Description JOB PURPOSE: Provides beverages and hospitality to casino guests ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Circulates beverage cart around assigned area, takes orders, and serves drinks to customersDispenses drinks to customers from beverage barKeeps beverage cart and bar area clean and neatStocks all necessary items for next shiftMay be required to work in other areas of Food & Beverage as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES): Must be at least 21 years of age or olderGood verbal communication and customer relation skillsAbility to handle a variety of customer requests and personalitiesMust be people oriented and courteous REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GEDNo experience necessary; Willing to train PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Casino setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtimeStanding/Walking, 100% for up to 4 hours at a timeLifting up to 35 lbs.Balancing trays, pushing beverage cartExposure to cigarette smoke and noiseMust follow safety precautions and requirements DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: This job description lists the major duties and responsibilities required of the employee.
