Job Position: Team LeadLocation: Waelder, TX 78959Pay Rate: $13.50/hrShift:About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and hands-on Team Lead to support daily operations within our client's production/warehouse environment. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. The Team Lead will guide team members, coordinate tasks, and help maintain a smooth workflow.ResponsibilitiesAssign daily tasks and monitor team performance.Support production goals by maintaining workflow and efficiency.Train and coach new and existing employees.Serve as the first point of contact for questions, direction, and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, and company safety policies.Complete basic quality checks and required documentation.Communicate shortages, delays, or concerns to management.Assist with equipment setup and operation when needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in production, food manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred.Previous leadership or team lead experience a plus.Understanding of GMPs, HACCP, or food safety guidelines preferred.Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is helpful.Key CompetenciesLeadership & AccountabilityAttention to DetailProblem-SolvingTime ManagementSafety & Quality FocusWork EnvironmentManufacturing/warehouse settingExposure to cold or warm temperature areas depending on departmentFrequent standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion
