Cultivation Associate

Job Overview CommCan is a vertically integrated Cannabis Company. We have a cultivation facility in Medway and dispensaries in Millis, Rehoboth, and Mansfield. We are currently looking for a Cultivation Associate to work in the Cultivation team in our Medway facility. The successful candidate will be motivated, flexible, able to multi-task, and a reliable team player. The primary responsibility of a Cultivation Associate is to assist in all day-to-day operations necessary to cultivate and produce all CommCan flower. The associate must be willing to abide by CommCan policies and procedures as well as Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) compliance requirements. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Responsible for planting, transplanting, watering & fertilizing cannabis flower. · Responsible for taking down fully grown cannabis plants and prepping for harvesting. · Responsible for deep cleaning flower rooms after plants have been taken down. · Perform repetitive tasks. · Use attention to detail while working. · Dispose of plant waste daily. · Follow all CommCan policies and procedures. · Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and enjoyable work environment. · Assist with other production responsibilities when necessary. REQUIREMENTS ● Must be 21+ years old. ● Pass a comprehensive background check which is required. ● Maintain clean, orderly, sanitary conditions ● Must possess superior fine motor skills and hand eye coordination. ● Must use small hand tools in the trimming of cannabis flower. ● Professional and amicable demeanor. ● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ● Punctual and reliable with attendance. ● Professional and able to take direction. ● Dependable and hardworking attitude. ● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. ● Ability to work well with team members as well as individually. ● Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and/or focus on one task for an entire day. ● High School Diploma or equivalent. ● Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching as well as carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds. ● Must have reliable transportation.
