Behavioral Health Therapist - Children's Outpatient Therapy & CTSS

The Behavioral Health Therapist provides assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and ongoing treatment for diverse patient populations in clinic, community, or residential settings.Develops and revises individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.Documents sessions and communicates with interdisciplinary teams.May educate support members and refer patients for additional services.Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, with valid licensure in the respective state.Qualifications vary by state, including licenses such as LMHC, LISW, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.May need a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a clean driving record.Offers full-time schedule with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.Requires compliance with background checks and drug screening policies.
