The Salesperson will greet customers, understand their project needs, and guide them in selecting appropriate door and window products, hardware, and accessories. Daily responsibilities include providing product information and pricing, preparing quotes, processing orders, plan take-off's, and coordinating with warehouse and installation teams to support a smooth customer experience. The role also involves maintaining showroom displays, following up on leads, and building long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional communication. The Salesperson will use basic computer systems and point-of-sale tools, keep accurate records, and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized store environment.QualificationsDemonstrated customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport, ask clear questions, and recommend solutions that fit customer needs.Experience in retail, building materials, home improvement, residential and commercial new construction and improvement or a related field; familiarity with doors, windows, or construction terminology is a plus.Strong communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal explanations, and professional written follow-up.Basic math and computer skills for preparing quotes, processing transactions, and managing order details.Ability to work on-site in Arcadia, CA and surrounding areas, including standing for extended periods, moving product samples, and navigating a showroom environment safely.Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple customers, orders, and follow-ups at once.Collaborative approach and reliability, contributing positively to team goals and store operations.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in sales, construction, or design is beneficial.
