The RoleAs Executive Vice President – Construction, you will:Lead the overall construction vision, strategy, and execution across the company’s Real Estate Development and data centre development portfolioAct as the senior construction authority across all phases of development, from investment support and pre-construction through to project delivery and operational handoverPartner with executive leadership on growth strategy, capital deployment decisions, and long-term project planningSupport investment evaluations, site due diligence, underwriting reviews, and constructability assessments for new acquisitions and developmentsOversee procurement strategy, contract negotiations, General Contractor selection, and commercial risk management across the portfolioProvide executive oversight across design coordination, consultant engagement, scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety, and programme deliveryDirect and mentor internal construction teams while helping build and scale the wider construction function as the platform expandsServe as the key executive stakeholder across contractors, consultants, ownership groups, and development partnersDrive delivery standards and operational consistency across complex phased developments including high-rise residential and mission-critical infrastructureHelp shape and establish the company’s long-term data centre construction capability and leadership structure as the business continues to growThe PersonYou will bring:10–15+ years’ experience within multifamily construction environmentsProven experience delivering large-scale podium, high-rise, mixed-use, or mission-critical developmentsStrong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contractor managementExperience supporting pre-development activities including due diligence, feasibility, and investment reviewsExecutive-level leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams effectivelyIf you want to help shape the delivery strategy behind large-scale multifamily and digital infrastructure developments, please apply now.
