With decades of experience and high client retention, we value our client relationships and the trust they have placed in us.Position OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our team with daily administrative and client service tasks. You will help our clients feel supported and valued while also keeping branch processes running efficiently. This role gives you the chance to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while also improving the effectiveness of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing client service support including account opening & maintenance, money movement, transfers, and other account update requestsAssist with client communications (email, phone & mail correspondence)Prepare and organize client documents and reports, including updating data in spreadsheetsMaintain accurate and up to date records and data entry in CRM systemsProactively track client service processes to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and nothing is overlookedHandle general office tasks such as checking mail, emptying dishwasher, keeping supplies stocked, etc.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in financial services, client service, or administrative support roleStrong organizational and time-management skills, respectful of client service standards, meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks while prioritizingExcellent, professional written and verbal communication, with a proficient & friendly manner when interacting with clients and colleaguesHigh attention to detail and accuracy, as well as follow throughIs a driven, self-motivated individual with a strong initiative and solid work ethicProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Desired QualificationsFinancial industry backgroundAdministrative services experience (service, client-facing or sales)Strong grasp of the industry along with a solid understanding of investment productsShows dedication to ongoing learning and continued professional developmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldWells Fargo Clearing/Smart Station/Advisor Gateway experience (possible signing bonus)What We OfferConsistent work scheduleCompetitive paySemi-flexible lunch breakSupportive, team-oriented work environment, with considerate and kind co-workersOpportunity to gain experience in financial servicesPotential for growth within the role
