Role DescriptionIn this role, you will play a key part in monitoring, supporting, and optimizing our core treasury management system, Wall Street Suite (WSS). You will ensure the smooth and accurate processing of financial and commercial transactions across our North American affiliates.Reporting to the Treasury Systems Manager, you will contribute to improving accuracy, efficiency, and innovation within treasury operations, helping support TFS's mission of delivering exceptional financial services.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support the Wall Street Suite (WSS) treasury management systemEnsure accurate and timely processing of financial and commercial transactionsTroubleshoot system issues and support daily treasury operationsAnalyze financial data using Excel and SQLAssist in system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvementsCollaborate with treasury, accounting, and IT teamsMaintain system documentation and operational proceduresSupport compliance with financial controls and reporting standards Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field1-3 years of experience in treasury systems, accounting systems, or financial operationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWorking knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysisSolid understanding of accounting principles and treasury functionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentQuick learner who adapts easily to new systems and tools Preferred QualificationsExperience with Wall Street Suite (WSS) and/or SAPExperience supporting treasury or accounting system projectsKnowledge of financial data analyticsProven ability to drive process improvements and system enhancementsFluency in Spanish (bilingual) Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)Advanced degree or professional certifications in Finance or AccountingSpecialized experience with treasury management systemsTrack record of optimizing financial processes and systems
