International Collections SpecialistA growing organization is seeking anInternational Collections Specialistto join its accounting team in a high-impact role supporting global receivables. This position is open due to a recent resignation, creating an immediate need for a skilled professional to step in and manage an international portfolioThis role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with finance and marketing teams, leverage advanced Excel and analytical skills, and contribute to process improvements within a collaborative environment.Salary:$65,000 – $68,000 + 5% Bonus (after 1 year)Hybrid schedule : In office: T, W, TH Remote: M & FKey Responsibilities of the International Collections SpecialistManage and collect on an international accounts receivable portfolio, with a primary focus on Middle East accounts
Evaluate credit risk, manage credit limits, and release or hold orders as needed
Perform account reconciliations and analyze aging reports to ensure timely collections
Collaborate with international marketing and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues
Drive process improvements and recommend enhancements to collections strategies
Utilize advanced Excel functions for reporting, tracking, and analysis
Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and account status
Support cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on customer accounts and credit decisionsQualifications for the International Collections Specialist4–6 years of experience in finance, collections, or accounts receivable
International collections experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities
Experience with credit analysis, account reconciliation, and aging reports
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred (not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
