Job Title: EAM - Maximo Project ManagerLocation: Remote with quarterly client visits to any of the following locations; DC Metro Area, Philadelphia PA, Wilmington DEDuration: 16+ MonthsSummary:The ideal candidate brings proven experience working within structured project governance frameworks, applies strong critical thinking and skills, and has familiarity with rail infrastructure assets and asset lifecycle management. This is a highly collaborative role, working across delivery, technology, and operational teams to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:Build strong relationships across business and technology teamsInfluence without authority and navigate competing priorities effectivelyTools and Technical Proficiency:Experience using project management tools such as Jira and MS ProjectProficiency with documentation and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or TableauComfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-makingRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent and eight+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processesExperience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate)Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred Skills & Experience:Experience with rail infrastructure/ linear assetsExperience with enterprise work management systems such as Maximo or HexagonFamiliarity with reliability, condition-based maintenance, or performance analyticsRelevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000)Justification:The Infrastructure Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workstream requires a dedicated MSA staff augmentation resource with capabilities in EAM business transformation and project management, specifically with experience supporting infrastructure asset programs. This role is essential to maintain delivery momentum, reduce operational risk, and ensure successful execution of ongoing and upcoming initiatives with the Infrastructure EAM workstream.This role is critical to help reduce project costs and operational risks while increasing productivity by providing backfill of a knowledgeable resource during heavy demand project execution phases.
