The Role:The successful candidate must support customer tasks via ticket requests and perform external/internal equipment installations. Monitor facility systems for critical alarms and perform facility/security walkthroughs. Work with Service Management Executives for sales and customer audits.Responsibilities:Assist with technology installation to include securing of cabinets, racking of equipment, and cabling of devicesAssist with building Windows-based operating systems and device configurationProvide on-site customer service to clients while working within the data centerUnderstand and follow defined standard operating proceduresRespond to and update tickets in accordance with department proceduresIssue problem, change, and request tickets when necessary for infrastructure and customer environmentsPerform data center walk-through during each shift to check for abnormal conditions, such as unlocked cabinets/cages, unlocked PDUs, audible/visual alarms on equipmentMust work holidays that fall on scheduled shifts, have the flexibility to work extra shifts as required by managementUnderstand the facility support systems (power, HVAC, fire detection/suppression, security); respond to alarms in accordance with department proceduresWork supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policiesReview and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements Additional duties as assignedRequirementsData Center experienceService Now/Secure Site Access experienceMicrosoft tools experience (office/word/excel/outlook etc)Network knowledgeVisio experienceFlexible with hours/days when neededWilling to cross trainMust be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorshipTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Actual pay is based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.Individuals may also be eligible for variable incentives such as bonuses or sales commissions, which are also based on level and position within the organization.
