CNC Programmer/Operator

*CNC Operator / Programmer – Multiple Openings* *$31–$35 per hour + Overtime* *12% Night Shift Differential* *Full-Time* We are hiring experienced *CNC Operators and Programmers* for several openings within a precision manufacturing environment. Opportunities are available across both *1st and 2nd shift*, with positions ranging from CNC operation and programming to milling, high-speed machining, and multi-axis work. These are hands-on manufacturing positions for candidates who have experience setting up, operating, and/or programming CNC equipment. *This is not a plastic injection molding position or a basic single-strike CNC operator role.* Available Opportunities Positions are available for candidates with experience in: * CNC machine operation and programming * CNC milling * High-speed machining * High-speed machine operation and programming * Multi-axis machining and programming * Manual machining * Tool and die / bench work Both *experienced machinists and operators with strong relevant experience* are encouraged to apply. Specific shift and position will depend on your background and experience. What You'll Do * Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements * Create, retrieve, and modify CNC programs as needed * Review upcoming jobs and prepare the necessary tooling and materials * Verify machine setups before production begins * Monitor machines during production and make adjustments when necessary * Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet required dimensions and tolerances * Keep production moving efficiently and communicate expected completion times * Identify potential production or scheduling issues and communicate them to supervision * Help improve machine efficiency, productivity, and overall workflow * Perform basic preventative maintenance * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Work independently while also collaborating with other members of the manufacturing team What We're Looking For * *3–5 years of CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred* * Previous CNC programming experience is highly desirable * Experience with CNC mills, high-speed machining, or multi-axis equipment is a plus * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Comfortable working from production schedules and priorities * Ability to inspect parts and maintain tight tolerances * Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new technology * Good communication and teamwork skills * Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it Pay & Schedule * *$31–$35 per hour based on experience* * *12% night shift differential* * Overtime available * Potential to earn *$100,000+ annually with overtime* * 1st and 2nd shift opportunities * *4-day workweek option available with no required overtime* * Typical workweek is approximately 50 hours, depending on workload Benefits * Medical insurance with HDHP/PPO options * HSA/FSA * Dental and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid vacation * Paid holidays * Company-paid life and AD&D insurance * Company-paid long-term disability * Voluntary life and AD&D coverage * Voluntary short-term disability Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * What type of CNC machines do you have experience with? * Please include your best email and phone number to reach you. * Are you able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including negative for marijuana) and background check (no felonies)?
