We are seeking experienced leaders to join our team who would like to construct quality products, learn new skills, enjoy a positive workplace with fair benefits, and help us build this company into a place where both you and your family will be proud to have you work.Please note this job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.Summary of Responsibilities:Develops and maintains positive relationships with major or key accounts within assigned area.Manages territory in accordance with company sales objectives and quotasPresents marketing programs to customers and guides them through the ordering processSets and meets sales targetsIdentifies opportunities to meet needs for current and prospective customers and offers them solutionsAnalyze data and assess sales performance to improve efficiency and effectivenessConsistently monitors competition within territoryEnsures customer expectations are met through proactive follow-up and prompt resolution of customer concernsDesired Skills & Experience:High School Diploma or Completed GEDMinimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance (required); must be willing and able to travel to support customer locations using a personal vehicle.
