Warehouse, Delivery, and Installation Associate

About the RoleThis is a hands-on position combining warehouse operations, delivery driving, and on-site equipment installation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment is accurately prepared, delivered, and set up for our customers, while gaining valuable technical experience through on-the-job training and mentorship.What You’ll Do:Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials and equipment.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.Load and unload trucks safely, using proper handling techniques.Maintain and improve warehouse organization system.Deliver equipment using company-provided vehicles (equipped with liftgates).Assist with disassembly, cleaning, and preparation of equipment.Support on-site installation of commercial restaurant equipment.Use shipping software to generate labels and documentation.Coordinate urgent or last-minute deliveries and track order completion status.What You Bring:High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver’s license is required; chauffer’s license preferred.Comfortable with long-distance driving.Willing to work overtime hours as needed, including occasional overnight travel.Must be able to lift 85 pounds unassisted.Forklift certification is an asset but not required as training is available.Strong organization skills and attention to detail.Basic computer skills for shipping documentation and labeling.Reliable with a strong ability to follow tasks through to completion.Work effectively in a team environment.Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.Prior experience with shipping, receiving, logistics is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive hourly wage based on experience.Apprenticeship and mentorship opportunities for ongoing development.Company-provided uniforms and safety equipment.Team events and company-sponsored activities.Paid time off.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance options, as well as a retirement savings program (available after 90 days of employment).Position requires a background check and a physical to be completed as part of the onboarding process in compliance with applicable law and with the Michigan Department of Transportation (DOT).Equal Opportunity EmployerNorthern Pizza Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
