You'll oversee shift performance, ensuring production goals are met while driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and supporting on-time delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team, optimize processes, and play a key part in achieving overall plant success.What You'll Be DoingSupervise daily filling line operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goalsManage and develop 2 Shift Leads and ~25 operators through coaching, feedback, and trainingMonitor production metrics (output, yields, downtime) and drive improvementsCollaborate with on-site and off-site teams to ensure equipment reliability and complianceEnforce all safety, sanitation, and GMP standardsImplement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma toolsManage schedules and staffing to balance demand, efficiency, and costPartner with Supply Chain, QA, and HR to ensure smooth operations and communicationMaintain accurate production records, reports, and compliance documentationConduct daily production meetings and participate in plant leadership reviewsWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred5 or more years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory roleStrong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain a positive team cultureResults-driven with a strong focus on collaboration and teamworkProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with high-speed equipment and automated production systems preferred - bottle filling machinery a plusWhat You Will GetKIK offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including health, wellness, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
