Account Manager

*Dynamic Elevator *is currently seeking an experienced *Account Manager *in *Miami, FL.* Responsible for successfully maintaining service accounts and repair work and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers so that the branch meets annual revenue goals. *Responsibilities* * Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. * Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas * Prepare job proposals with QuickBooks online and interfacing with operations personnel for additional input and approvals. * Receives and responds to written and oral questions related to quoted jobs and service contracts. Includes performing follow-up with customers on all service and repair proposals. * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives * Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. * Performs other duties as may be assigned. *Skills* * Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role * Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software * Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs * Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Strong communication skills in English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
