This organization operates within a recurring-revenue technology model and is actively executing enterprise-wide ERP and finance transformation initiatives in partnership with external advisors. The company is seeking a highly strategic yet deeply hands-on finance executive who can stabilize the organization, drive execution, and partner closely with executive leadership and PE stakeholders. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a proven operator who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and has recent experience leading finance organizations within $1B+ revenue businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day finance operations for a large-scale technology organization with recurring revenue streamsStabilize and optimize the finance function during a critical leadership transitionPartner closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders on ERP implementation and finance transformation initiativesDrive improvements across forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, cash flow management, and operational financeSupport executive leadership with strategic planning, board-level reporting, and operational decision-makingAssess and enhance finance processes, systems, and organizational structureServe as a hands-on finance leader capable of balancing strategic oversight with tactical executionOperate effectively within a high-urgency, execution-focused environment requiring speed, accountability, and operational disciplineQualificationsRecent CFO experience within a $1B+ revenue organization requiredStrong background within SaaS, recurring-revenue technology, or technology-enabled services environmentsDemonstrated success leading ERP implementations and large-scale finance transformation initiativesExperience operating in complex, high-growth, or highly demanding business environmentsProven ability to drive execution, accountability, and process improvementPrior experience partnering with private equity sponsors, boards, and external advisors strongly preferredPreferred Industry ExperienceCandidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors are highly preferred:SaaS SoftwareManaged IT Services (MSPs)Cloud Infrastructure & HostingCybersecurity Services / MDRData Center / Colocation ProvidersIT Outsourcing / BPODigital Transformation & Managed ServicesFinTech platforms with subscription or usage-based billing modelsAdditional DetailsLocation: Houston, TXOnsite Requirement: Yes — candidates outside the Houston market must be willing to travel weeklyDuration: Initial 6+ month engagement with potential for extension
