Illinois Licensed Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to join their Brokerage team. Key Responsibilities Manage lease transactions and provide market advice to clients Enhance client transaction management processes and handle a high volume of transactions Oversee co-brokers for lease transactions and manage analyst responsibilities throughout the deal process Required Qualifications 5+ years of commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience Real estate brokerage or salesperson's license Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking and prioritization Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
