Job Description Salary: $18.00 / hr.Case ManagerFull Time | Partial Remote (810 hrs/week)Location: Oklahoma City, OKSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMSalary: $18.00 / hr.Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Retirement Options, Paid Time Off, VacationDale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) is seeking a dedicated and organized Community Living Engagement (CLE) Case Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities through case management, behavioral support, program coordination, and staff supervision. This role ensures highquality services, regulatory compliance, and meaningful community engagement for individuals in the CLE Program.Responsibilities:Serve as primary contact for individuals, guardians, caregivers, and DDS Case Managers Lead and participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and complete PersonCentered PlanningDevelop, implement, and monitor vocational and lifeskills outcomesTrain staff on behavioral intervention strategies and provide crisis intervention when neededEnsure compliance with DDS, OHCA, DOL, HIPAA, and Human Rights Committee proceduresMaintain master files, program notes, and required documentationPrepare for DDS Contract Reviews and maintain yearround program readinessSupervise Community Living Engagement Technicians and conduct performance evaluationsProvide direct support as needed, including mobility assistance and community outingsDrive agency vehicles (1215 passenger vans) and ensure individual safetyAssist with activity planning and ensure all required paperwork is completedParticipate in required meetings, committees, and staff development activitiesQualifications:Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities and physical/medical needsStrong communication, organization, and decisionmaking skillsKnowledge of developmental disabilities, behavioral supports, and vocational programmingProficient with computers and documentationAbility to supervise staff and support skill developmentBachelors degree preferredSupervisory experience preferredRequirements:Must be 18 years or olderValid Oklahoma Drivers LicenseAbility to pass OSBI, MVR, DHS Registry Check, drug test, and other required screeningsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs vertically and 25 lbs horizontallyAbility to perform CPR, First Aid, AED use, and Heimlich maneuver (training provided)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with mobility as neededAbility to operate agency vans (1215 passenger)Why Join DRTC?As a Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by empowering individuals to build independence, develop vocational skills, and engage in their community.
