This role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.RESPONSIBILITIES OF COOKS:Prepare and cook meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and customer specificationsOperate grill stations, broilers, and related kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure proper food temperatures and presentation standards are metFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (FIFO, proper storage, cleanliness)Set up and stock grill station with necessary supplies before serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all timesMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to kitchen leadershipWork closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order executionAssist with basic prep work as needed (cutting, marinating, portioning)Handle multiple orders during peak service periods while maintaining quality QUALIFICATIONS FOR COOKS:Previous grill or line cook experience preferredKnowledge of cooking temperatures and food safety standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbsFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysREQUIREMENTS FOR COOKS:• Clean, friendly, and professional appearance• Positive attitude and strong work ethic• Team player who works well with others• Thrive in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Responsible & dependable, with reliable transportation• All candidates must be 18 years of age or older to apply• All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.• All candidates must pass a pre-hire drug screen Thank you for your time; we look forward to hearing from you!
