REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Department Lead at Bento Kitchen + Sushi, or 2+ years management within the food and beverage industry Completely cross-trained in all departments Computer proficiency: able to correspond effectively via email and text, and perform data input Experience with Google Suite is preferred, but similar experience will be considered Commitment to continuous learning and growth Able to remain calm and communicate effectively during stressful situations Able to hear, see and speak Maintain a clean and professional appearance Able to withstand a 12+ hour workday Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
