Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed testing and inspections of completed tools and dies to verify that all components meet precise specifications and quality standardsCut, shape, and trim materials with high precision to make necessary adjustments, ensuring optimal fit and function of partsGrind, fit, and assemble parts using advanced tools and techniques, ensuring parts fit together seamlessly and meet exact tolerancesSelect and assess metals and materials based on their specific properties, ensuring the right choice for the application and manufacturing processMaintain a focus on safety, adhering to company policies and best practices while proactively addressing potential hazardsPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications RequiredEducation: High School Experience: Minimum of 0-2 yearsCompetencies/SkillsIntermediate verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow and interpret written and verbal work directionsMeticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of workStrong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficientlyPhysical RequirementsMust be able to push/pull objects up to 30 poundsMust have the dexterity to handle small objectsMust be able to work in noisy environmentsVarious agencies of the United States Government require employers to maintain information on applicants pertaining to factors such as race, sex, and type of position for which an individual applies.
