What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect for new clients using existing relationships, lead technology tools, and social media
Develop and submit business proposals tailored to prospective clients
Present proposed solutions through video meetings or in‑person presentations
Manage complex negotiations with large corporate partners and successfully close deals
Achieve the company's expected sales targets for new business
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven track record of selling security personnel services or similar managed services
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated success in new business development
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to travel domestically as needed

Experience selling to regional or national companies
Strong networking abilities with a focus on building long‑term relationships
Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, including occasional nights and weekends
