Visit www.palcofirst.com to explore opportunities.The Senior Vice President of Growth & Strategy is a member of the executive leadership team responsible for leading enterprise growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, marketing, and government procurement strategy across a multi-state Financial Management System (FMS) platform. This leader will shape and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy, expand Managed Care Organization (MCO), payer and partner relationships, strengthen commercial performance, and help position Palco for long-term success in complex healthcare and government-contracted markets.What You'll Do:Growth Strategy & Market ExpansionDefine and execute the company’s enterprise growth strategy across new markets, payer relationships, state opportunities, and strategic partnerships.Identify and prioritize market expansion opportunities across Medicaid, managed care, and government-funded healthcare programs.Partner with executive leadership to drive long-range growth planning, competitive positioning, and revenue expansion initiatives.Build scalable growth infrastructure to support multi-state expansion.Sales Leadership & Revenue GrowthLead and scale the sales organization with direct responsibility for revenue growth and pipeline development.Establish strong sales processes, forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and performance accountability.Oversee sales strategy across MCO partnerships, state opportunities, healthcare organizations, and strategic channel relationships.Drive expansion opportunities within existing strategic relationships and payer networks.Strategic Partnerships & Payer RelationshipsBuild and manage executive-level relationships with national and regional MCOs, payer organizations, and healthcare partners.Position the organization as a preferred strategic partner within Medicaid and long-term services and supports ecosystems.Identify partnership opportunities that accelerate growth, geographic expansion, and market penetration.RFP & Procurement LeadershipLead enterprise RFP and procurement strategy for state, payer, and strategic opportunities.Oversee proposal development, competitive positioning, response strategy, and cross-functional coordination for major procurements.Improve organizational readiness, response quality, and win rates for large-scale opportunities.Marketing & PositioningOversee enterprise marketing strategy, market messaging, brand positioning, and sales enablement.Align marketing initiatives with growth objectives and pipeline generation.Ensure alignment across marketing, sales, partnerships, and strategic growth priorities.Executive LeadershipPartner closely with finance, operations, compliance, legal, and technology leadership to support growth initiatives and operational readiness.Influence pricing strategy, market positioning, and strategic investment decisions.Provide market intelligence, competitive insight, and growth recommendations to executive leadership.People LeadershipBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing growth organization across sales, marketing, business development, and sales enablement.Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.Recruit and develop talent capable of supporting enterprise growth objectives.What Success Looks Like in the First 12 MonthsBuild a scalable enterprise growth strategy and supporting infrastructure.Improve sales process maturity, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy.Deepen executive-level relationships with priority MCO and payer partners.Strengthen the company’s effectiveness in state and payer procurement opportunities.Improve coordination across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.Expand market presence and accelerate multi-state growth opportunities.What We're Looking ForEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of executive leadership experience spanning strategy, business development, growth, sales, and market expansion, ideally within healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, government contracting, or similarly regulated sectors.Demonstrated record of shaping and executing enterprise growth strategies that expand revenue, strengthen market position, and create long-term enterprise value.Deep experience leading strategic partnerships, payer and government relationships, and complex go-to-market initiatives across multi-state or highly regulated environments.Proven success directing RFP, procurement, and capture strategy for large, competitive state, payer, or healthcare opportunities.Established people leader with the ability to build, scale, and develop high-performing teams across sales, marketing, business development, and strategic growth functions.Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, shape decisions, and represent the organization with credibility in the market.Capacity to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing enterprise strategy with disciplined execution across multiple priorities.Executive growth leader with relevant experience in healthcare services, Medicaid, managed care, FMS, government contracting, or adjacent regulated environments.Track record of leading revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion with measurable commercial impact.Strong command of MCO ecosystems, payer strategy, government procurement, and healthcare market dynamics.Experience building and scaling commercial capabilities in high-growth, multi-stakeholder, or operationally complex organizations.Strategic, analytical, and commercially astute executive with a bias for execution.Executive presence and sound judgment, with the ability to influence enterprise decisions and cultivate senior external relationships.Join Us This position is remote/work-from-home role.
