Job Title: Workforce Operation Coordinator - W2Experience: 8-15 YearsLocation: Woodall Rodgers Fwy, TX, USAMode: ContractRoles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate workforce scheduling activities to ensure staffing coverage aligns with operational needs and service-level expectations.Monitor day-to-day operational workflows across assigned teams to maintain continuity, accuracy, and timely execution.Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders to confirm schedules, assignments, and operational updates.Ensure policy and compliance requirements are consistently followed across scheduling practices and operational processes.Validate workforce data for completeness and correctness, addressing discrepancies before they impact execution.Support managers by translating operational demand into actionable staffing plans and schedule adjustments.Maintain clear documentation of schedule changes, approvals, and operational decisions to support audits and reporting.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements.Work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing priorities and deadlines while coordinating across locations.Required QualificationsProven experience in workforce or scheduling coordination, preferably within a high-volume operations environment.Strong understanding of policy compliance expectations and the ability to apply them consistently.Demonstrated operations management experience, including monitoring workflows, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring follow-through.Ability to accurately manage time-sensitive details and prioritize competing requests.Experience working with workforce scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and operational tracking systems.Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams, confirm expectations, and provide updates.Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data integrity and documentation.Ability to work in a hybrid setting based in Woodall Rodgers Fwy, TX, USA.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, update, and manage schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and alignment with operational requirements.Track staffing changes (additions, removals, adjustments) and ensure approvals are obtained and documented.Conduct compliance checks to confirm scheduling decisions meet internal policy requirements and required standards.Coordinate escalations when staffing gaps or operational constraints arise, recommending corrective actions.Produce routine operational reporting and maintain records that support transparency and audit readiness.Review workload and staffing alignment to reduce overtime risk, minimize gaps, and improve forecast accuracy.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to implement schedule-driven operational initiatives.Continuously improve scheduling and operational procedures by incorporating lessons learned and best practices.Ensure scheduled resources are properly assigned and communicated to relevant stakeholders in advance of execution.Note:1.
