Marketing Operations Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of NAM's digital marketing systems, campaigns, and reporting infrastructure. In this role, you will help manage marketing automation, campaign deployment, and performance tracking across digital channels while supporting the operational backbone of the marketing team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport management of NAM's marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Notion, analytics platforms, and marketing toolsBuild and deploy email and social marketing campaigns including automated lead-nurturing workflows and lifecycle triggersCreate and communicate monthly performance reporting on marketing initiatives, including campaign performance and lead generation outcomesAssist in developing marketing dashboards that track ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion trendsManage CRM contact lists and segmentation while supporting data quality and compliance practicesCoordinate editorial calendars, article outreach, and content production cyclesSupport website operations including routine updates and monitoring of SEO, page speed, and conversion metricsMaintain digital asset libraries for brand consistencyQualificationsRequired2-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or digital marketingExperience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar CRM toolsExperience managing email campaigns and digital marketing workflowsFamiliarity with SEO performance monitoring and optimization metricsStrong analytical and reporting skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferredBachelor's degree in related fieldExperience with Google Analytics 4 or marketing performance dashboardsExperience with WordPress website managementExperience with graphic design tools such as Canva or AdobeExperience supporting marketing technology systems and integrationsWhat We OfferSalary: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour (good-faith estimate)Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and additional voluntary benefits.About UsNational Arbitration & Mediation (NAM) is a premier provider of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, delivering efficiency and results to clients throughout the U.S. and globally.
