Material Handler – Reach Truck, Order Picker & Electric Pallet Jack Operator Olive Branch, Mississippi Location: 8331 Frontage Rd., Olive Branch, MS 38654 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7am - 3:45pm Pay: $18.50/HR + $27.75/HR Overtime Opportunities Start: ASAP – Immediate Openings Join a Growing Distribution Center Team We are seeking experienced Material Handlers / Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our distribution center team in Olive Branch, MS. Hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is required for this position. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable safely operating this equipment in a fast-paced warehouse with minimal additional training. This position will primarily support material movement, order picking, staging, inventory, and shipping operations throughout the distribution center. What You'll Do Equipment Operation Safely operate Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs) throughout the shift Pick and move products to designated warehouse locations Retrieve and store inventory using powered warehouse equipment Work comfortably at elevated heights while operating an Order Picker Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections Check equipment batteries and safety features before operation Immediately report equipment damage, malfunctions, or safety concerns Material Handling & Warehouse Operations Pick, stage, move, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility Perform order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and verify products Support accurate inventory placement and organization Prepare products and materials for outbound distribution Verify quantities and identify damaged or incorrect products Assist with additional warehouse duties based on daily operational needs Safety & Quality Follow all warehouse safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Safely operate powered industrial equipment at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Identify and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns Maintain accuracy and productivity while working in a fast-paced distribution environment Required Qualifications Previous hands-on Reach Truck experience Previous hands-on Order Picker experience Previous hands-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience Experience with material handling, order picking, staging, shipping, or receiving Experience using RF scanners Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights Able to safely operate required equipment with minimal additional training Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution center Preferred Experience Current or previous powered industrial equipment certification Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience Inventory control experience Pick, pack, and ship experience High-volume distribution center experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift 30+ pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying Ability to perform material handling duties throughout the entire shift Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating an Order Picker Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate powered warehouse equipment throughout the workday Employment Requirements Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening Must provide valid documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States upon hire Full-time attendance and dependable punctuality are required Must be available for the full Monday–Friday, 5:45 PM–2:30 AM schedule Overtime may be required based on business needs Reliable transportation to the Olive Branch, MS facility is required Candidates ready to begin immediately while completing onboarding are strongly encouraged to apply Why Apply? $20.50/HR Overtime opportunities Full-time Monday–Friday schedule Immediate openings Stable distribution center environment Opportunity to utilize your warehouse equipment experience Career growth potential Team-oriented work environment Apply Today If you have recent experience operating Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Electric Pallet Jacks and are looking for a full-time warehouse opportunity in Olive Branch, apply today.
