The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, oversee customer interactions, implement sales strategies, and track performance metrics. Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service, managing inventory effectively, and achieving monthly sales goals. This role places a strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and business development in a dynamic retail environment.
