Certified Surgical TechnologistJackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.Minimum Requirements:Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program. CST preferred but not required.BLS certification required.Minimum 2 years' experience as a Surgical Technologist in a Level I or II Trauma Center. Positions from Level III or lower will not be accepted.Demonstrated experience with orthopaedic trauma cases.Experience with head/neck free flaps and microsurgery (plastic reconstructive cases) preferred.Experience with general, transplant, minimally invasive/laparoscopic, robotic (DaVinci XI), GYN, oncology, neuro spine, skull-based tumor, and complex reconstructive cases preferred.Experience working with EPIC electronic medical records preferred.Must be able to comply with facility requirement: cannot live within 50 miles of the facility.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital (Operating Room)Shift Name: DaysShift Hours: 07:00-19:00 (3x12)Standard Hours Per Week: 36Duration: 12 week travel assignmentOn-call requirements: One late call 19:00-23:00 once per week; one weekend call shift every 68 weeks (0600 Saturday0600 Monday) with a one-hour response time.Orientation: New employee orientation followed by unit-specific orientation for remainder of first week.Floating: None required.Location HighlightsCharlotte, NC offers a mix of urban amenities and outdoor access.
