This is a mid-level role for an engineer who can independently own complex features end-to-end — from API and data layer through to the UI — make sound technical decisions within their area, and mentor and support more junior engineers along the way.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend services and APIs in.NET / C# that power our web and mobile clients.Develop responsive, high-quality frontend features using a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).Own complex features end-to-end — from design and implementation through testing, release, and monitoring.Design and evolve data models and write efficient queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.Debug and resolve issues across services (e.g., data sync between web and mobile), weighing trade-offs to find pragmatic solutions.Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to refine scope and deliver seamless application experiences.Drive performance, reliability, and code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and observability.Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to raise team velocity.Mentor junior engineers, review peers' work thoughtfully, and contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing.Participate in architectural discussions and help lead small initiatives or workstreams within your area.
