Automotive Business Development Representative (Remote – Part-Time/Full-Time) Engaged BDC Solutions is a boutique automotive BDC consulting company that partners with dealerships across the country. Unlike large, one‐size‐fits‐all call centers, we provide a personalized, hands‐on approach tailored to each dealership's unique needs. Our mission is to help clients build stronger customer relationships, drive appointments, and grow retention and sales.We are seeking a motivated Automotive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing remote team. As a BDR, you'll act as the voice of our dealership clients—engaging with internet leads, service drive appointments, lease and equity customers, and follow‐up opportunities to set quality appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, reliable, and self‐driven, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls, internet leads, and customer follow‐ups on behalf of assigned dealerships.Communicate via phone, email, and text to build trust and set sales or service appointments.Accurately document all customer interactions in dealership CRM systems.Meet appointment and engagement goals while maintaining a customer‐first approach.Collaborate with dealership contacts and Engaged BDC leadership to align with client goals.QualificationsPrior BDC, automotive, or call‐center experience preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with excellent follow‐through.Tech‐savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and remote work platforms.Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Why Join Engaged BDC SolutionsWork with a boutique company that values personalized relationships and quality.Flexible scheduling (part‐time or full‐time).100% remote position.Opportunity for professional growth as we expand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
