Job Description Responsibilities:Install sanitary sewer, storm sewer and watermainsInstall various types of pipe including RCP, HDPE, PVC, DIP and copperWork along with crew members to ensure proper installation of underground utility systemsAdhere to all quality and safety codesQualifications:Previous experience in underground utility installation or other related fieldsFamiliarity with underground piping including excavation, grading, installation and backfillFamiliarity with hand tools including shovels, rakes, lasers and compaction toolsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsConstruction – Pipelayers/LaborersUtility contractor specializing in sanitary, storm and water main installation offering job opportunities.
