This is a critical leadership hire within the business and will play a key role in driving performance, growth, and operational structure.Role ResponsibilitiesFull P&L responsibility across a multi million dollar business unitOversee delivery of large scale projects typically ranging from $50M to $300M+ in electrical scopeLead multiple project teams across healthcare and mission critical programsDrive performance across estimating, budgeting, procurement, and executionBuild and maintain key client relationships across strategic accountsDevelop and mentor senior leadership within project and field teamsExperience Required 15+ years of experience within electrical construction, with a strong background in leading large scale operationsCurrently operating at Operations Manager or Vice President level within a reputable electrical contractorProven experience holding full P and L responsibility for business units exceeding $100MDemonstrated track record delivering complex projects typically ranging from $50M to $300M+ in electrical scopeStrong leadership across operations, preconstruction, and commercial performance, with the ability to build and scale high performing teamsExperience within healthcare, data center, or mission critical environments is highly advantageous
