To Apply for this Job Click HereA mission-driven college preparatory high school is seeking a compassionate, strategic, and student-centered Director of Academic & Learning Support to lead and oversee systems that support students with diverse academic and learning needs.This leadership role partners closely with students, families, faculty, counselors, and outside professionals to ensure students receive coordinated support that promotes academic success, wellness, belonging, and self-advocacy.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, emotional intelligence, intervention planning expertise, and the ability to navigate complex student situations with professionalism and care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the Academic & Learning Support departmentSupervise Case Managers and Academic Success CoachDevelop and strengthen intervention systems and student support programmingCoordinate accommodations, testing support, and Return-to-Learn plansSupport students experiencing academic, executive functioning, medical, or social-emotional challengesPartner with faculty, counselors, families, and outside professionalsLead Student Success Intervention Team (SSIT) meetingsMonitor academic progress, intervention plans, and student reentry supportHelp foster an inclusive, student-centered learning environmentAnalyze trends and student support data to improve programmingQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredAdvanced degree in Education, Counseling, School Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred5+ years supporting high school students with diverse learning needsLeadership experience within student support, counseling, learning services, or intervention systemsStrong understanding of executive functioning, accommodations, adolescent development, and inclusive educationExcellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skillsExperience with systems such as PowerSchool, Schoology, and Google Workspace preferredIdeal CandidateCompassionate and calm under pressureStrong relationship builderOrganized and proactiveStudent-first mindsetCollaborative leadership styleComfortable managing sensitive and high-complexity situationsThis is an excellent opportunity for a student-centered educational leader who is passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.JOB ID: 175957 #postAdriane OifohTo Apply for this Job Click Here, $100,000 - $120,000,
