Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Cape Coral Metropolitan Area for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end aspects of websites. This includes designing user interfaces, implementing web designs, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring website functionality and performance. Enhancing website usability, implementing responsive design, and troubleshooting technical issues will also be a core aspect of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with Back-End Web Development and Programming languages such as Python, PHP, or Node.jsStrong skills in Web Development and ensuring responsive, functional, and optimized sitesKnowledge of Web Design principles and ability to create intuitive user interfacesProblem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectivelyAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goalsRelevant certifications or degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related fieldExperience with content management systems (CMS) and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus
