Entry Level Assistant Manager

Generation Consulting is currently seeking an individual to join our charity fundraising team. We have a structured training program aimed at teaching someone about fundraising and client management from the ground up; therefore, we are not necessarily looking for someone who is an expert in the non-profit or fundraising sector. Here, we work with charities focused on giving back to the community. Through our management training program, we are looking to develop additional account managers to oversee new clients and events.Entry Level Manager Responsibilities:Become well-versed in what our charitable partners’ mission in order to effectively communicate to potential donorsAttend fundraising events and be able to speak in front of both large and small groupsBuild relationships with members of the local communityAccept donations from donors on behalf of our non-profit partners and ensure that each donation is notated properlyLearn from experienced team members and demonstrate a student mentalityAssist in setting up and breaking down fundraising eventsAttend daily team meetings where initiatives and goals are discussedManagement Training Program Key Highlights:Professional development; including daily routines, time management and schedulingBusiness OperationsBudgets, finance, profits and revenue generationTraining and leadership developmentPublic speakingHR, compliance, payroll, the onboarding processInventory ManagementClient and account managementTerritory development & managementPowered by JazzHRxRTCN7TqOP
