If you're looking for a stable employer where your skills are appreciated and your professional development is a priority, you'll find a rewarding home here.Job DetailsJob Summary:The Lead Controls / Building Automation Technician oversees the installation, programming, and maintenance of building automation and control systems to optimize building performance and energy efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of building automation systems (BAS)Program controllers, sensors, and related equipment using industry-standard softwareDiagnose and resolve control system issues promptlyCollaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure system functionalityTrain and mentor junior controls techniciansMaintain documentation for control systems and perform regular system auditsQualifications:Experience with building automation systems such as Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or SiemensStrong knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical wiring, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting BAS controllersLeadership experience in a controls or automation roleExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
