The molding process technician is responsible to adjust and monitor injection molding equipmentGeneral ResponsibilitiesPull and set injection molds (aim for ready to start set-up)Completes color changesEnsure that press tonnage setting & mold damage protection is setDepartmental cleaningSet up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removalPrepping for upcoming set upsActively participate in continuous improvementEnsure all quality and production documentation is prepared prior to releasing to productionResponsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds and toolingEnsure a positive work environment and awareness of company goals and objectivesQualificationsAttention to detailKnowledge and use of toolsFamiliar with quality systemsFamiliar with measurements and quality toolsDemonstrated mechanical aptitudeDemonstrated problem solving and root/cause analysis skillsAbility to communicate effectivelyDemonstrated capacity to work collaborativelyFamiliarity with mold tooling and components0-3 YearsUltradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
