Job description
Position Title: Waukegan, IL area: F&I Manager
Summary
Selling Finance and Insurance products to vehicle purchasers.
Core Duties
Sell F&I Products with an expectation of $2,000 PVR, minimum. Must menu sell. Training available.
Participate in consistent training program.
Complete customer paperwork.
Identify areas of efficiency or improvement within existing policies and procedures; recommend improvements.
Ensure Federal and State compliance when dealing with customers and their private information.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months F&I Management experience
Looking for a rookie in F&I will ambition that wants to take our training program and excel in a great environment.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce experience preferred, IOS / Apple products and platforms
Advanced knowledge of F&I Best Practices required
Communication skills (both written and verbal), including specifically: the ability to make presentations to customers
Certificates and Licenses
AFIP Certified F&I Professional preferred but not required.
Valid Driver’s License required
Physical Requirements
Sitting, near vision use for reading and computer use for extended periods of time
Lifting (approximately 20 to 30 pounds), bending, and other physical exertion

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Dealership experience: 4 years (Required)
F&I and/or Automotive Sales: 2 years (Required)
