Work with the IT department from customer sideWork closely with the customer stakeholders and the offshore team to design and implement the solution requiredQualifications:10-12 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in Service Now Development/ConfigurationProven experience in ServiceNow Platform in implementing one or more applications/ modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog)Good experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs and JavaScript.Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.Prior experience in working onshore/offshore model
