Property Manager - Pacific BeachWe're hiring a Field Manager to be our boots on the ground across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems in the real world — fixing what's broken, restocking what's empty, and keeping guests happy. You'll be in your vehicle moving between properties most of the day, working closely with our Ops Manager, and keeping everything organized through Monday.com.If you're the kind of person who notices the loose cabinet handle, replaces the dead smoke detector battery before anyone asks, and gets satisfaction from a checklist fully ticked off — you'll thrive here.Responsibilities:What You'll DoHandle light maintenance and repairs across our properties (minor plumbing, appliances, hardware, lightbulbs, batteries, etc.)Coordinate with outside vendors when a job needs a licensed proRespond to guest issues on-site — lockouts, missing supplies, malfunctioning equipmentRun supply restocks and keep inventory organized across the portfolioInspect properties after cleanings and flag anything that needs attentionSubmit structured morning and evening reportsKeep Monday.com updated in real time throughout the dayQualifications:What We're Looking ForReliable personal vehicle and valid CA driver's license (required)Comfortable with smartphone apps — you'll live in Monday.com and messaging tools all day (required)Organized, responsive, and detail-orientedProblem-solver mindset — you figure things out without needing hand-holdingAvailable 5 days per week, including some weekend coverageAbout Company:Tide Rentals is a growing property management company based in Pacific Beach, San Diego.
