The Associate will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law matters, including paternity, child custody, alimony, and child support. The responsibilities include drafting legal documents, participating in mediation sessions, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. This is an on-site role located in Tallahassee, FL.QualificationsExperience in family law, including paternity, child custody, alimony, and child support casesSkills in drafting legal documents and court ordersAbility to participate in mediation and negotiate settlementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong research and analytical skillsAbility to manage a caseload and meet deadlinesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolMembership in good standing with The Florida Bar
