Customer Service Representative - Home Services

Mr. Handyman of NE San Antonio and Schertz is a leading provider of home repair, maintenance, and commercial repair services. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Converse, TX. As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, providing exceptional customer support, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in office management, customer service, and sales, with a proven track record in developing new commercial business relationships. Essential Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Office Administration: Oversee daily office functions, oversee inventory and supplies, and maintain an organized and professional workspace. Business Development: Develop and nurture relationships with customers to drive new business opportunities. Qualifications: Punctuality, dependability, neat appearance, professional grooming, thoroughness, consistency with service and solution-oriented perspective. Empathy and ability to listen, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or inside sales, preferably in the home repair, maintenance, home services, or commercial maintenance industries. Proven track record of developing new commercial business relationships. Advanced typing and 10-key skills with exceptional accuracy and speed. Experience with MacOS and MS Office. ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred. Maintain and be available to work the required business hours established for serving customers, without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Typical business hours are M-F 8am-5pm. Overtime may be necessary based on customer needs.
