Restaurants and Other Eating PlacesArchitectural, Engineering, and Related ServicesOther Heavy and Civil Engineering ConstructionCommercial and Service Industry Machinery ManufacturingOffice Furniture (including Fixtures) ManufacturingEngineering ManagerThe Engineering Manager is responsible for the regional engineering and design team, technical matters associated with the successful capture, launch, design, field investigation or start-up of associated projects.Handles all technical project responsibility, quality of group deliverables and overall success of the stations, pipeline replacement, gas distribution, and RNG groups.Leads development, proposal creation, project capture, accounting set-up, & successful launch of stations, pipeline replacement, gas distribution, and RNG projects.Coordination with process and development team, implementation for standard proposal and project process.Client interface, including initial meet and greet, onsite meetings, business development, selling of services, & project support.Developing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients to continue growing the group.Maintains positive working relationship with assigned leads, project managers, vendors, contractors and clients.Design Lead/PM on projects including kick-off meetings & developing project layout plans.Specifications of major equipment, development of equipment bid packages, technical equipment and commercial review, equipment bid recommendations, equipment drawing review.Development of training programs for various groups.Coaching and mentoring engineers, developing group identity and maintaining positive morale.Lead multidisciplinary team including Civil, Process, Mechanical engineers.Supervision and guidance related largely to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts and policy matters. Check in on daily basis with supervisor.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum or equivalent and 10+ years' experience.Professional engineering registration is required (or plan to be acquired within 6 months of hiring).SKILLS & ABILITIESAn ability to work in a team environment.Shows a can-do attitude.Enjoys and excels at problem solving.Motivated self-starter.Leads by example.Looks for continual self and professional growth.Salary: Up to $200KEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
