System Engineer- MOPS Testing

You will be responsible for creating qualification plans and procedures, executing qualification tests, writing qualification test reports, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our qualification processes.Key Responsibilities:Perform avionics testing in accordance with environmental requirements and Minimum Operational Performance Standards (MOPS)Perform Fast Load and ACAS X optimizationCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute project plansProvide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problemsEnsure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications:Experience working with DO‑160 and/or Mil‑STD environmental requirementsExperience evaluating MOPS such as DO‑385, DO‑185 or DO‑260CKnowledge of software development life cycleTest Procedure and Test Report writing experienceMOPS Testing (Minimum Operating Performance Standards)High preference for Systems knowledge/experience with any/all DO‑385 ACAS X (Airborne Collision Avoidance System)DO‑185 TCAS II (Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System II)DO‑260C ADS‑B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance‑Broadcast)Why Work With Us We are a family‑like company.
