Role Description This part-time on-site Porter role is based in Shelby, NC. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, managing general upkeep tasks, and assisting with minor maintenance needs. The Porter will serve as a primary point of contact for client and staff inquiries, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Collaborative communication with team members and adherence to company procedures is essential. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.Experience as a Gatekeeper or similar role to manage and oversee facility access and orderliness.Training and Education experience, with a focus on understanding and applying workplace safety and sanitation protocols.Physical ability to perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks effectively.Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
